7:30 pm Lisa Porter (48 Old Rowley Road) – SPECIAL PERMIT for relief from Section 97-10.C of the Zoning Bylaws to operate a home-based business of an animal boarding/kennel 24/7 hour of operations at 48 Old Rowley Road, Newbury (Assessors Map R5-0-31), as the Newbury Zoning Bylaw requires a special permit to operate this type of in-home business.
