Meeting Summary
Members present: Bob Connors, CPC, Tracy Blais, TA, Linda Allen, attending, Chief Reilly, s and Martha Taylor, Planner.
No new site recommendations were presented. The committee discussed the need for establishing “Base line Criteria” for site selection review prior to engaging the services of AIA professional specializing in public safety projects.

Chief Reilly was asked to contact local police departments who recently completed upgrading/replacement of area police stations seeking guidance and feedback on possible AIA professionals who provided site location/evaluation, construction drawings and management and general information on the entire process including gaining public support, funding, timeline and after action commentary on preventable miss-steps during the process.
