Planning Board

Chairman Pearson called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m.
A. Wilshire Road (24-28 Rolfes Lane) Subdivision:
Mark DePiero presented a Schedule of Values for the project showing $141,600 worth of work remaining to complete and requested the release of all lots except for Lot 7. He noted that Lot 3 has been sold for $600,000 and that the value of any of the lots is at least $400,000. The Schedule of Values is to be reviewed by the Board’s engineer. The Board agreed to release the lots contingent on his approval.
Motion: A motion was made by J. Weis and seconded by D. Powell to release Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, contingent on approval of the Schedule of Values by the Board’s engineer. The motion passed unanimously.
B. Zoning Amendments for Fall Special Town Meeting:
The Board agreed on criteria for determining who should be the Special Permit Granting Authority for uses allowed by special permit in the various zoning districts and proposed revisions to the SPGA designations on the Table of Use Regulations accordingly.
C. Woodbridge School:
Ann Powell attended the meeting and provided the Board with an architectural overview of the exterior of the Woodbridge School, noting the elements that give the building its character and that should be covered in a preservation restriction.
D. Planning Board Liaison to the ZBA:
Motion: A motion was made by J. Weis and seconded by J. O’Connell to recommend that Linda McCamic be appointed by the Board of Selectmen as the Planning Board’s liaison to the Zoning Board of Appeals. The motion passed unanimously.
On a motion made by J. Weis and seconded by J. O’Connell, the meeting was adjourned at 10:10 p.m.
