Kathleen Pearson, Chair, called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m.
Barbara Rogers and Wilma Buckley, Trustees of the Richard N. Cunningham Irrevocable Trust, appeared before the Planning Board to request endorsement of an ANR plan showing the division of 155 Scotland Road into two lots. The Board found that the lots had adequate frontage on a public way and voted to endorse the Plan.
Motion: A motion was made by J. Weis and seconded by J. O’Connell to endorse as Approval Not Required the “Plan of Land Located in Newbury, Massachusetts, #155 & #151 Scotland Road, Lots 4 and 4B,” dated May 1, 2013, prepared for the Richard N. Cunningham Irrevocable Trust by Engineering Land Services, LLC.
- 101 Newburyport Turnpike:
M. Taylor reported that Doug Packer, Conservation Agent, has been in touch with Angelo Ciardiello regarding the condition of the 101 Newburyport Turnpike site and that Mr. Ciardiello will address the concerns within the next couple of weeks.
- Stormwater Rules and Regulations and Subdivision Rules and Regulations:
The Board discussed procedures and timing for review of the revised Stormwater Rules and Regulations and Subdivision Rules and Regulations.
On a motion made by J. Weis and seconded by D. Powell, the meeting was adjourned at 9:02 p.m.
