John Weis, Chair, called the meeting to order at 4:31 p.m.
- 67-69 Newburyport Turnpike Site Plan Review Decision:
The Board met to review and approve the written Site Plan Review Decision for the project at 67-69 Newburyport Turnpike, applicant Christine and Douglas Rupp (Playmakers, Inc.).
Motion: A motion was made by J. O’Connell and seconded by L. McCamic to include language proposed by George Morse regarding inspections as item B. under CONDITIONS. The motion passed unanimously.
Motion: A motion was made by D. Powell and seconded by L. McCamic to strike the last sentence in paragraph A. under CONDITIONS regarding enforcement and monitoring of the Conservation Commission’s Order of Conditions. The motion passed unanimously.
Motion: A motion was made by D. Powell and seconded by L. McCamic to amend the inserted language regarding inspections to change “7 days notice” to “reasonable notice” and to strike the last sentence regarding method and timing of notice. The motion passed unanimously.
Motion: A motion was made by D. Powell and seconded by L. McCamic to revise (g) under Decision Criteria to read “All required special permits and findings have been granted by the appropriate granting authorities.” The motion passed unanimously.
Motion: A motion was made by D. Powell and seconded by L. McCamic to approve the Planning Board Decision of Site Plan Review, 67-69 Newburyport Turnpike, Newbury, MA, Applicant: Christine & Douglas Rupp, (Playmakers, Inc.) as amended. The motion passed unanimously.
K. Pearson noted that update of the Master Plan is needed to provide a framework of the Town’s current needs and priorities to inform Capital Planning Committee decisions.
On a motion made by K. Pearson and seconded by L. McCamic, the meeting was adjourned at 5:15 p.m.
