Residents of the Town of Newbury please note that on Wednesday, September 18, 2013, at 7:15 p.m. the Newbury Board of Selectmen and the Newbury Planning Board will hold a joint public hearing for a Water Supply Protection Overlay District Special Permit (Board of Selectmen) and for Site Plan Review (Planning Board) for redevelopment of the property at 67-69 Newburyport Turnpike, Map R47, Parcel 11, as shown on the plan entitled “67-69 Newburyport Turnpike, Newbury, MA," dated August 16, 2013, and supporting documents, Applicant: Play Makers, Inc., 14 Forest Ridge Drive, Rowley, MA 01969, Owner of Record: Doug and Jean Palumbo, 89 Hanover Street, Newbury, MA. The hearing will take place at the Newbury Town Hall, 25 High Road, Newbury, MA, 01951. The Applications and Plans,
prepared by Thomas Mannetta Inc., and Cummings Architects, are on file for review with the Town Clerk, the Selectmen’s Office, and the Planning Office, 25 High Road, Newbury, MA.
