Residents of the Town of Newbury and other interested persons please note that on Wednesday, July 15, 2015, at 7:15 p.m. at the Newbury Town Hall, 25 High Road, Newbury, MA, the Newbury Planning Board will hold a public hearing for a Special Permit for a proposed 2.795 mW (DC) Ground-Mounted Solar Energy Generating Facility on property located at 136 Main Street (Map R41, Lot 42A), 138 Main Street (Map R41, Lot 42B), 140 Main Street (Map R41, Lot 42), and Off I-95 (Map R42, Lot 13), as shown on the drawings entitled “Special Permit Application, 2,795.580 kW DC STC Rated Solar Electric System, 136 Main Street, Newbury, MA 01922," dated June 17, 2015, and described in the “Special Permit Submission, 2.795 mW Solar Energy Generating Facility,” dated June 17,
2015, and “Stormwater Management Report, 2.795 mW Solar Energy Generating Facility,” dated June 17, 2015, all as prepared by Borrego Solar Systems, Inc. Applicant: Borrego Solar Systems, Inc., 1115 Lowell Road, 2nd Floor, Lowell, MA 01851, Owners of Record: Ruth Yesair, P.O. Box 929, Byfield, MA 01922, and Kavy Yesair, Trustee, 138 Main Street, Byfield, MA 01922.
