REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
MASTER PLAN UPDATE
The Town of Newbury, MA, acting through its Planning Board, is seeking proposals from qualified Planning Firms to update the Town’s Master Plan.
Copies of the Request for Proposals will be available beginning May 5, 2015, and may be obtained from the Office of the Town Planner, 25 High Road, Newbury, MA, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, or from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesdays, or by calling the office at 978-465-0862, ext. 312, or emailing the Planner at planningboard@townofnewbury.org.
Interested firms should submit qualifications and a separate sealed price proposal to Tracy Blais, Town Administrator and Chief Procurement Officer, Newbury Town Hall, 25 High Road, Newbury, MA 01951, not later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 15, 2015. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. in the Town Hall meeting room at the address above.
All questions related to this RFP and the Master Plan Update project should be directed to Martha Taylor, Newbury Town Planner, at 978-465-0862, ext. 312, or at planningboard@townofnewbury.org. The answers will be provided to all potential proposers. MBE/WBE firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
