Newbury Media Committee May 7, 2014
Richard called meeting to order 7:00 PM
Attendance Richard Hendrickson, Mario Carnovale, Paul Daubitz, Alicia Greco, Caleb Noble
Paul motioned to approve April 2 minutes, Alicia seconded, unanimously approved.
Caleb reported that he is working on a health and wellness show with a town resident.
Filming the Byfield arts fundraiser at Newbury Rec field on June 28 10-10.
Survey citizens at town meeting as to how they like the local tv station. Mario is putting together a list of 3-5 questions.
Paul motioned to reimburse Richard an amount not to exceed $250 for a slingbox system and domain name renewal. Mario seconded unanimously approved.
Richard is getting the backup organized for off site storage. HB is preparing a quote for back up system.
Alicia, Richard, Brian and Bob to meet to discuss Triton channel.
Media committee to meet next on June 11 in town hall and will televise the meeting.
Paul Motioned to adjourn 8:05 Alicia seconded unanimously approved.
