Media Committee Minutes
June 11, 2014
Attendance:~ Paul Daubitz, Alicia Greco, Dave Mountain, Richard Hendrickson, Caleb Noble
Meeting called to order 7:05 PM
Paul motioned to approve minutes, Alicia seconded approved.
Alicia reported on Triton channel update.
Caleb gave his report.
Paul Daubitz motioned to expend not more than $1500 for wireless microphones David Mountain seconded, unanimously approved.
Caleb plans to work with historical committee on orating the history of Newbury through towns elders.
Richard is getting a quote to convert old tapes onto DVD to broadcast.
Paul motioned to allocate 100 hours for the director of the cable channel. Richard seconded it, unanimously approved.
Paul motioned to approve not more than $2200 for miscellaneous items needed to back up the digital media at the station, Alicia seconded, unanimously approved.
Richard is looking into maintenance fees for system.
Alicia moves to adjourn at 7:50 PM Paul Daubitz seconded unanimously approved.
Next meeting July 9, 2014 7 PM in town hall.
