Media Committee Meeting
Attendance: A Greco, R Hendrickson, J McDonough, D Mountain, M Carnovale
Richard Hendrickson motioned to call meeting to order at 7:05 PM. David Mountain moved to approve amended minutes (amended to correct Richard Hendrickson from Henderson). Unanimously approved.
Joe McDonough reported that MassAccess has received our check and we are now members. He will contact Tracey Blais for password.
Vendor Presentation:
- Brad Jett from Access AV in Concord NH
- Group decided to get 2 more presentations from the Camera Company and Boreal Media Technologies.
- Mario Carnovale will contact companies to present at our next regular meeting on 14 DEC 2011 at 7:00 PM.
9:35 PM Mario motioned to adjorn; unanimously approved.
