Media/Communications (CATV) Meeting Minutes
7:10 PM Meeting called to order:
Attendance: Alicia Greco, Joseph McDonough, Mario Carnovale, Richard Hendrickson, Dave Mountain, Paul Daubitz
Paul Daubitz moved Alicia Greco as Secretary, Joe McDonough seconded, unanimously passed
Joe McDonough moved Paul Daubitz at Chair, Dave Mountain seconded, unanimously passed
Items of Discussion:
Joining Mass Access-Dave Mountain moved joining the group for $100 membership fee, Richard Henderson seconded, unanimously approved.
Tracy Blais’s email requesting cosmetic improvements to meeting room at town hall tabled until discussed with potential vendors.
Town needs to approach Comcast to see if they would provide modulator at their cost
Joe McDonough will contact 3-4 vendors for the committee to interview at upcoming meetings.
Completing program in Phases
Phase 1 - government access at Town Hall
Phase 2 – expansion to include community programming/calendar
Next meeting 30 NOV2011 7:00 PM at Town Hall
