1. April 17 Meeting Summary: Unanimously adopted without change.

2. April YTD Revenue and Expense Summaries (Town Administrator):

General Fund operating expense is projected to increase by $29,144 in FY13 over FY12. This includes a general wage and salary adjustment for FY13 of 2.0%, which is the first increase since FY10.


5. Review May 22 ATM warrants: After considerable discussion and clarification, the Finance Committee voted unanimously (7-0-0) to recommend approval of the following articles without modification:
