ALL MEETING NOTICES MUST BE FILED AND TIME STAMPED IN THE TOWN CLERK’S OFFICE AND POSTED ON THE MUNICIPAL BULLETIN BOARD 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE MEETING. (in accordance with Chapter 303 Acts of 1975).

Agenda (Tentative)

  • Meeting minutes: 3.3.15
  • 6 pm: FinCom meet to discuss revised FY16 Budget, Capital Requests and potential Ballot questions (Town Administrator)
  • 7 pm: Joint review with BOS.
  • Impending strategic issues and funding options: (T.A.) i.e. TH/PS design cost ($700k) and bond projection ($8Mil/20 yrs) ; TRSD assessment increases (4%?) and Stadium capital cost ($73K); projected NBPT water and sewer connection ($700k); general fund cost increases for power, snow and ice excesses, health, education ($?); completion of Manter field house (?$); personnel changes (DPW, Fire Chief); projected capital maintenance ($?); etc.
