Conservation Commission Meeting Minutes

Meeting opened at 10:08 am
Present: Chairman Doug Packer, Dan Streeter, Les Jones, Jim Cunningham, John O’Connell
Excused: John Hartnett, Worthen H. Taylor II
Extension Permit:
Mark & Teresa Richey (10 Fordham Way) – DEP File No. 050-952 to raze existing dwelling and re-construct a single-family home with deck. The applicant’s representative Attorney Christopher Flood was present. Chairman Packer indicated that the Order of Conditions is still active but will expire on January 16, 2011. Chairman Packer recommended that the Extension be granted. Mr. O’Connell made the first motion to accept and Mr. Streeter made the second motion; all in favor.
Further, Mr. Flood indicated that his client was out of town and would like to ensure that the Order is recorded. He requested a duplicate of the original so that he could record it; Mr. Jones made the first motion to re-issue the original order and Mr. O’Connell made the second motion; all in favor.
Chairman Packer made a motion to close the public hearing; all in favor.
Meeting adjourned at 10:15 am
