Stephen Peabody (14 51st Street) – NOI to construct a 2-story addition over existing foundation and relocate existing deck over existing driveway.
Marlene Schroeder (70 Scotland Road) – RDA to review the proposed greenhouse/solar panel project to determine if they are allowed or disallowed under the Wetlands Protection Act.
Thomas & Joie Edson (145 Northern Blvd) – NOI to remove existing asphalt in front of house and replace with bluestone and brick; also add a small wall for garden.
Andrew Barton (161 Scotland Road) – RDA to build a 28’X28’ addition and replace the existing garage under the proposed addition.
