Robert DiMartino (95 Northern Blvd) – NOI to replace boardwalk, deck, stairs, railing, lower deck, and associated railings leading to basin.
Richard Booth (11 54th Street) – NOI to repair existing retaining wall.
John Sawyer (Independence Way East) – RDA to add 5-cubic yards of crushed stone and gravel mix to the existing portion of Independence Way East that is crushed stone & gravel.
Joanne Innes (170 Newburyport Tpke) – RDA to construct a 24’X24’ detached garage and an above ground pool.
