Review of Draft Minutes

Public Hearings:

Richard Kleiman (0 Scotland Road) – A continued NOI to construct a solar array power generation facility.

Steve Bandoian (41 Annapolis Way) – NOI to repair and/or replace damage from December 2012 storm; deck, stairway, restack existing stone and placement of sand at dune base.  Request for continuance until the April 16, 2013 meeting.

Harry Trout (36 Fordham Way) – NOI for a two-phase project; emergency maintenance to replace timbers in bulkhead and the structural strengthening of the bulkhead.  Withdrawn; structure demolished on 3/12/13 as a result of Winter Storm Saturn.

Richard N Cunningham Irrevocable Trust (155 Scotland Road) – RDA to replace existing septic tank & leach area.

Alan Berry/CP Berry Construction (61, 63, 67 Elm Street) – NOI to construct a driveway within the 100-foot buffer zone.

Anthony Lentz (42R Main Street) – RDA to replace existing failed septic system and required grading.

Peter Erickson (48 Northern Blvd.) – RDA to change roofline and replace door/windows.

Delores Person/Federal Street Restorations (33 High Road) – RDA for excavation & grading work associated with the construction of a leaching field for repair of septic system.

Mark Sakardy  (31 Southern Blvd) & Mark Greenberg (33 Southern Blvd) – Installation of coir bag system.

Michael Appel (3 Dartmouth Way) – Install hay bails
