Public Hearings:
Town of Newbury (6 Kent Way) – A continued NOI to construct 2 little league ball fields, 3 basketball courts, 1 skateboard area and a 55-space parking lot.
First Parish Church (100 Plum Island Tpke) – A continued NOI for a marsh restoration plan.
James Morabito (10 51st Street) – A continued RDA to replace existing shed & replace existing retaining walls.
Mark & Patrice Allen (5 Olga Way) – NOI to remove existing diseased/damaged plantings, reduce walkway and parking areas and replenish with pea gravel and install 6-sections of split rail fending in front of lot.
Mark Karlins (88 Green St) – NOI to replace/construct a new sanitary disposal system within 100-feet of a wetland.
Town of Newbury (Temple Blvd) – RDA to perform hand trimming of a path for the purposes of providing beach access.
