John Kuzinevich (29 Southern Blvd) - An Amended Order of Conditions DEP File No. 050-1082 as reviewed by DEP and applicant.
Mike Brennan (4 Basin Front Drive) – A continued NOI to extend outside deck 80 square feet and construct a new 42 square foot deck.
First Parish Church (100 Plum Island Tpke) – An NOI for a marsh restoration plan.
June Rock (6 Hutchins Road) – An NOI to raze single-family dwelling & re-construct a single-family home with a carport.
