Leonard Dobson (38 Old Point Road) – A continued NOI to construct a two-story addition over existing deck. Mr. Dobson is still in litigation with regard to this dwelling and would like to continue this hearing to the next meeting date.
CMF Associates, LLC (30 Northern Blvd.) – A continued NOI to construct single-family dwelling within a coastal dune. Representative and Atty Paul Novak requested a continuance until the August 16, 2011 meeting date.
James Swallow (91 Old Point Road) – A continued NOI to construct a single-family home.
Greg Radner (10 14th Street) – RDA to convert 200 sf of existing driveway to patio.
William Manthorne (79 Elm Street) – NOI to construct a single-family home and driveway.
Town of Newbury (Middle Road) – RDA to install culvert pipe from pole #5 to pole #6 to create a four-foot shoulder for public safety.
Extension Permit: Heide Holmes (32 Old Point Road) – to expand area over and under existing deck and the extension of one room over an existing concrete parking slab.
Other Business:
1. Letter from Commission authorizing Conservation Agent/Chairman Doug Packer signature authorization for the Conservation Salary/Wages/Expense budgets.
2. David Williamson (31 Plum Island Blvd and 3 Northern Blvd. to install fence at parking lots.
3. Bob Connors/Tom Nee: Partial COC for Town of Newbury Order.
