Fred Jackman (68 Green Street) – A continued NOI for roadway maintenance, drainage, ditches, utility pole installation and wetland mitigation at the junction of Emery Lane/Plummer’s Lane/Low Street. Mr. Jackman is still in litigation with regard to this parcel and would like to continue this hearing to the next meeting date.
Michael Kellan (8 39th Street) – A continued NOI to construct a single-family home and to extend driveway on the ROW to provide access to the subject property. On August 11, the applicant’s Representative Brian Buia from Apple Associates, requested to continue this hearing to the next meeting date.
Leonard Dobson (38 Old Point Road) – A continued NOI to construct a two-story addition over existing deck. Mr. Dobson is still in litigation with regard to this dwelling and would like to continue this hearing to the next meeting date.
Mohammed Abouchleih (62 Old Point Road) – A continued NOI to renovate existing single-family dwelling.
Brian Abt (9 16th Street) – A continued NOI to replace existing retaining wall and posts supporting an existing deck.
Terry A Litterest (45 Northern Blvd) - and NOI to install a shed with solar panels.
Mark & Nancy Warenda (20 Basin Front Drive) – An Amended NOI to include second floor deck and third floor porch.
Peter Matthews ( 4 47th Street) – An NOI to replace existing garage.
John & Edith Drinkwater (27 Annapolis Way) – an NOI to raze and –re-construct a single-family home.
Tim Heatwole (53 Hay Street) – An RDA to pave 200’ of existing driveway.
Edward MacDonald/ Hanover Realty Trust (90 Hanover Street) – and NOI to repair existing septic system.
John Feather & Dorothy Brooks (56 Fordham Way) – an NOI to replace/repair existing fence and create driveway access to external storage area.
Mary Elisabeth & George Jones (3 & 5 38th Street) – An Amended NOI to include a piling plan.
Town of Newbury – an NOI for the placement of approximately 8,000 cubic yards of sand on a section of Plum Island (south of groin) for beach and dune nourishment; with additional sand stockpiled at Olga Way.
