Fred Jackman (68 Green Street) – A continued NOI for roadway maintenance, drainage, ditches, utility pole installation and wetland mitigation at the junction of Emery Lane/Plummer’s Lane/Low Street. Mr. Jackman is still in litigation with regard to this parcel and would like to continue this hearing to the next meeting date.
Michael Kellan (8 39th Street) – A continued NOI to construct a single-family home and to extend driveway on the ROW to provide access to the subject property.
Leonard Dobson (38 Old Point Road) – A continued NOI to construct a two-story addition over existing deck. Mr. Dobson is still in litigation with regard to this dwelling and would like to continue this hearing to the next meeting date.
Gerald Fandetti (42 Fordham Way) – A continued NOI for re-construction of single-family home. A site visit was conducted on Monday November 30, 2009.
Justin Webb (53 Old Rowley Road) – ANRAD for review of Resource Area.
Daniel Tolpin (32 Fordham Way) – RDA for sand nourishment using compatible material.
David MacDonald (128 Newburyport Tpke) – An NOI to renovate existing 48’X48’ garage that is bordering vegetated wetland.
US Fish & Wildlife (Parker River National Wildlife Refuge/Plum Island) – RDA for pepperweed control; Route 1 to the West, the PRNWR boundary to East and Newbury jurisdictional boundary to the South & North.
Cecelia Azzarito (31 Annapolis Way) – NOI to rebuild existing 14’X30’ deck.
Joanne Innes (170 Newburyport Tpke) – RDA for a 20’X30’ addition and a 16’X20’ deck.
North Reading Transportation (90 Hanover Street) – NOI for site work to develop parking area.
Donald Levesque (26 Fordham Way) – RDA for sand nourishment using compatible material.
Mary Beth & George Jones (3 & 5 38th Street) – LNOI to demolish & re-construct dwelling in a buffer zone and land subject to coastal storm flowage.
Lawrence Kinnon (330 High Road) – RDA to construct a 10’X13’ three-season sunroom and a 5’X10’ mudroom, both over existing footprints.
