Fred Jackman (68 Green Street) – A continued NOI for roadway maintenance, drainage, ditches, utility pole installation and wetland mitigation at the junction of Emery Lane/Plummer’s Lane/Low Street.  On August 11, a Request for Continuance until the September 15, 2009 meeting date was received.

Michael Kellan (8 39th Street) – A continued NOI to construct a single-family home and to extend driveway on the ROW to provide access to the subject property.  

Leonard Dobson (38 Old Point Road) – An NOI to construct a two-story addition over existing deck.  

Ed Boyle (78 Cottage Road) – A continued RDA to add two sets of egress stairs and extend existing wall to protect septic system.  

Elizabeth Stone (223 Middle Road) – NOI to upgrade septic system for existing single-family home.

Berj & Antonia Terzian (90 Northern Blvd.) – An RDA to remove blacktop and concrete and replace with permeable stones.

Art & Linda Tweedie (99 Northern Blvd.) – An RDA to place on pilings a 12’X12’ platform for a hot tub under existing deck.

Lon Sherman (10 41st Street) – An RDA to eliminate beach access trail from private property and bringing it back to Town ROW.

Vincent Russo (120 Northern Blvd.) – NOI to replace existing building on concrete slab with a single-family home constructed on pilings.


Certificate of Compliance:  

Laura Arling (15 Plum Island Blvd.) – DEP File# 050-965 to demolish existing dwelling and reconstruct new single family home.

Connors (39 Annapolis Way) – DEP File# 050-811; approved Certificate of Compliance in the spring, with $780.00 bond.  The beach grass has had a greater than 75% success rate; approval to return check.
