4. Review Bylaw.
Nick Orem provided an update on the bylaw review. The committee recommends a joint meeting with the Board of Selectmen regarding review and update of the current CPC bylaw. ~
Tracy Blais recommended placing this matter on the BOS agenda in March. ~Meeting date to be determined.
5. Review roadway pavement policies.
Larry Guay provided an update. The town is reviewing software/tracking programs and professional services available to inventory, identify condition of Newbury’s infrastructure.
