Minutes for May 18, 2015 Meeting Newbury Council on Aging
Attendance: Martie Joe, Alba Gouldthorpe, Joanne Hogan, and LuAnn Kuder
Absent: Geri Dorr, Evelyn Noyes, Jean Doyle, Chaz Rudich & Joyce Machiros
Meeting Chaired by LuAnn Kuder, called to order at 1:07 pm
Old Business
- New position 4 candidates are being interviewed we hope to make an offer within the next few weeks.
- Discussion of inclusion of senior center in master plan will be ongoing.
- Meals on Wheels will be changing to a new vendor in July supervised by Elder Services more information as the date approached.
- Continued to proceed to get a new van
New Business
- Nomination of board members and election of officers at annual meeting June 15th. Current members of the board will continue with the exception of Joanne Hogan. Jean Doyle and LuAnn Kuder who will end their terms in June. Nomination for officers are:
- Geri Dorr, Chair
- Joyce Machiros, Vice Chair
- Chaz Rudich, Secretary.
