sponsored by the Boys Scouts, a road race and the parade
Guest Chef Luncheon -June 20th sponsored by Port Family Home Care
June 26th monthly movie
New Business:
Chair to appoint a Nomination Committee of three to submit a slate of officers
To be voted on at annual Meeting on June 17th.
Discuss the recommendation to change the term of office for the slate of officers
Recommendation to Selectmen of new board members and officers for appointments
Effective July 1
Review the Elder Emergency Fund Draft for approval and recommendation to the
Town Administrator and Selectmen
