BOARD OF SELECTMEN’S MEETING
OCTOBER 27, 2009
The meeting was called to order at 6:45 p.m. by Chair Joseph Story. Selectmen Audrey Keller, Michael Bulgaris, Vincent Russo and Geoffrey Walker were present.
A public hearing on the determination of the percentage of tax levy to be borne by each class of real property for fiscal year 2010 was opened. Assessor Frank (Budd) Kelley requested a continuation of the classification hearing to the November 24th Selectmen’s meeting as computation has not been completed. It was moved by Selectmen Russo, seconded by Selectman Keller and voted unanimously to continue the hearing as requested.
By unanimous vote the Board of Selectmen acknowledged their support of Articles 1, 2, and 3 of the STM warrant on a motion by Selectman Russo, seconded by Selectman Keller.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:50 p.m. on a motion by Selectman Keller, seconded by Selectman Bulgaris and voted unanimously.
