OFFICE AND POSTED ON THE MUNICIPAL BULLETIN BOARD 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE
MEETING (in accordance with Chapter 303 Acts of 1975).  This may not include Saturday, Sunday or legal holidays.

Newbury Town Hall business hours are Mon., Wed. and Thurs. 8-4 and Tuesday from 8-7.  Faxed or E-mailed postings must reach the Clerk’s office during business hours 48 hours prior to the meeting.

  • 7:15 p.m. petition of National Grid, Plan #17935848, Old Rowley Road-National Grid proposes to replace Bay Ring poles previously petitioned for and installed with Ngrid solely owned poles #21 and #22 in order to provide electric service to 67 Old Rowley Road.
  • 7:15 p.m. petition of National Grid, Plan #16987793, Green St-to install 45’ of concrete encased 1-3” conduit and 1/0 secondary to HH1 for UG service to house 4, +/- 30’ of this conduit under the street.
  • 7:15 p.m. petition of National Grid and Verizon New England Plan #18055724 Middle Rd-Ngrid to install a pole across from pole 88 Middle Rd. The new pole will be located on town property on the south east side of Middle Rd. and will be labeled 88-84.
