OFFICE AND POSTED ON THE MUNICIPAL BULLETIN BOARD 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE
MEETING. (in accordance with Chapter 303 Acts of 1975)
This may not include Saturday, Sunday or legal holidays. Newbury Town Hall business hours are Mon., Wed. and Thurs. 8-4 and Tuesday from 8-7.  Faxed or E-mailed postings must reach the Clerk’s office during business hours 48 hours prior to the meeting.

b.      Recommendation of Chief Reilly – appointment of James Bedard as a Reserve Police Officer (see letter)
c.      Request from Conservation to appoint Susan Noyes as an alternate to the Board for a three year term (see letter)
d.      Appointment of Member of Board of Registrars to replace Francis Webb (tabled at 10/8 meeting)
e.      67/69 Newburyport Turnpike – Special Permit decision – vote and sign
f.      John O’Connell – Indication of assistance that may be requested from MVPC
g.      Appointment renewals to IAC (Insurance Advisory Committee) for this fiscal year as recommended by Tracy Blais
h.      Request from ZBA to increase their flat fee for hearings from $75 to $125 (see letter)
i.      Request – P.I. Beachcoma – entertainment/music Wednesday 11/27 from 6-10 P.M.
j.      Request for a banner on the back stop – Joanne & Ralph Johnson for the Newburyport Choral Society – the first two weeks of December – to advertise their Choral Society Concert on 12/15
k.      Minutes of the October 8th meeting for approval
