VI.     NEW BUSINESS
        a.      Accept documents relative to the acceptance of Colby Lane as a public way and refer to Planning Board for their recommendation.     Vote to schedule a hearing on the “lay out” of Colby Lane for the April 10th meeting with seven day notice to abutters.
        b.      Acknowledge receipt of PEG Access Support payment from Comcast for the 4th quarter in the amount of $25,050.79.
        c.      Request for a one day liquor license for Protection Fire Co. #2 for a function on March 31st from 4-10 p.m.
        d.      At the request of ACO Carol Larocque – appoint Reed Wilson as Asst. ACO
        e.      Request from the Historical Society of Old Newbury for permission to place small signs around town advertising their 33rd Annual Garden Tour on June 9th and 10th.    Put in place May 29th and remove June 11th   (see letter)
        f.      In accordance with Chapter 30B, section 156 of the MGL, declare DPW 2000 Ford F250 pick up truck as surplus to be donated to Protection Fire Co. #2.
        g.      COA van declared as surplus by Rowley offered to Newbury for half the Blue Book value.    Inter-municipal agreement between Rowley and Newbury for consideration.    (see letter and IMA)
        h.      Minutes of February 28th meeting.

VII.    COMMUNICATIONS
a.      Letter of notification to Newbury Police Association regarding the “collective bargaining agreement” between the Town and the Police Association.    (see letter)
b.      Letters from the Board of Library Commissioners granting a waiver of the FY12 MAR (Municipal Appropriation Requirement).   (see letters)
