a.      Six one-day liquor licenses for the Byfield Community Arts Center Cat in the Cradle Coffeehouse functions on Jan. 21st, Feb. 18th, March 17th, April 21st, May 19th and June 16th all from 7:30 to 11 p.m.    Tips certification and liquor liability in place.
b.      Two one-day liquor licenses for Protection Fire Co. for functions on December 18th  2-5 p.m. and January 7th 6-10 p.m.    Tips certification and liquor liability in place.
c.      Request  for permission to place a banner on the Upper Green and smaller signs on the Lower Green to advertise January’s bon fire.(see email)
d.      General Business License renewals for 2012 – review & sign
e.      Request from the Stormwater Committee to include an insert in the tax bills beginning with the April 2012 bill and continuing for five years. (see letter)
f.      Request to include Newbury in the Tour de Cure 2012 cycling event on Sunday, May 20, 2012 (see letter)
