BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING
June 30, 2015 – Minutes Accepted 7/28/2015
Elaine Byrne opened the meeting at 6:05 p.m. Present were Board Member Alba Gouldthorpe, and Health Agent Deborah Rogers. 2 Absent Chairman, Steve Fram and Health Inspector, Virginia Bacon.
32 MAIN STREET – John Hargreaves requested the following variance for 32 Main Street. Relief is requested from the requirements of construction in fill. In part the requirement is for the tow of the slope off of the system to be 5’ form any property line. The grading is proposed to end at the property line. It was moved by Elaine Byrne to approve the variance as written on the proposed septic design and noted above; it was seconded by Alba Gouldthorpe and voted unanimously.
The next meeting of the Board of Health will be on July 28, 2015 at 6:00 p.m.
