January 5, 2016                 Open Session Meeting Minutes

Present:  Chairman Kelley, Mr. Wechsler, Ms. McCamic, Principal Assessor M. Branciforte
  
  • Meeting opened at 6:15 pm.
 
  • Minutes from the December 15, 2015 Open and Executive Session were accepted and signed.
  • State Form 54 to Accountant for the FY16 Actual Billing File commitment was signed
  • December 2015 Abatement reports were accepted and signed
  • Memo to Town Administrator Tracy Blais regarding 255 High Road was approved
  • Next BOA meeting date is scheduled for January 19, 2016 at 6:00PM.
  • At 6:40 p.m. Chairman Kelley motioned to adjourn the open session and enter executive session.   Mr. Wechsler seconded the motion.  The following roll call vote was taken:
Chairman Kelley - yes           Mr. Wechsler - yes              Ms. McCamic - yes

All were in favor.
