November 3, 2015 Open Session Meeting Minutes
Present: Chairman Kelley, Mr. Wechsler, Principal Assessor M. Branciforte
- The meeting opened at 6:21 p.m.
- Minutes from the October 6, 2015 meeting were approved and signed.
- October 2015 Abatements report was approved and signed.
- FY17 Chapter Land 61A and 61B applications were reviewed and voted/denied accordingly
- Update on Patriot Properties data collection and cyclical inspections discussion. Two N/C were missed by the data collectors this summer. Per Principal Assessor discussion with Mark Harrell, one of the principals of Patriot Properties, he believes it to be a software issue or human error. Data will be collected in November and revised bills will be mailed out right after January 1. Pictures will also be taken by the Patriot Properties data collectors as well.
- Classification Hearing scheduled for November 24, 2015 at 7:15PM. Chairman Kelley invited Town Administrator Tracy Blais to join the next BOA meeting for a discussion of the Overlay amount
- Next BOA meeting date is scheduled for November 17, 2015 at 6:00PM
- At 6:53 p.m. Chairman Kelley motioned to adjourn the open session and not re-enter executive session. Mr. Wechsler seconded the motion. The following roll call vote was taken:
Chairman Kelley - yes Mr. Wechsler - yes
All were in favor.
