Present: Chairman B. Kelley, Mr. S. Wechsler, Principal Assessor M. Branciforte
- The meeting opened at 6:03 p.m. Open and Executive Session Meeting Minutes from the January 6, 2015 meeting were approved and signed.
- Statutory Exemption Applications were reviewed, approved and signed.
- Assessors’ Notice signed and to be posted at Newbury Town Hall, PITA Hall, and Grange Hall
- Next BOA meeting Date will be Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at 6:00PM
At 6:13 p.m. Chairman Kelley motioned to adjourn the open session. Mr. Wechsler seconded the motion. The following roll call vote was taken:
Chairman Kelley – yes Mr. Wechsler - yes
All were in favor.
