January 6, 2015 Open Session Meeting Minutes (Approved 1/20/2015)
Present: Chairman B. Kelley, Mr. S. Wechsler, Ms. L. McCamic, Principal Assessor M. Branciforte
- The meeting opened at 6:03 p.m. Open and Executive Session Meeting Minutes from the December 16, 2014 and December 30, 2014 meetings were approved and signed.
- December Abatements report was approved and signed.
- Statutory Exemption Applications were reviewed, approved and signed.
- BOA asked Principal Assessor Branciforte to call the three appraisers recommended by Town Administrator T. Blais and Mark Harrell to see if they would be interested in working with the Town and Newbury and what the costs involved would be for Plum Island Oceanfront appraisals.
- Vision vs. Patriot CAMA. Ms. McCamic offered to print out the online PRC versions for Vision Appraisal and Patriot Properties to compare the two systems in data presentation and gage the level of user-friendly quality for each system. Ms. McCamic will bring her findings to the next BOA meeting.
- Next BOA meeting Date will be Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at 6:00PM

At 6:49 p.m. Chairman Kelley motioned to adjourn the open session. Mr. Wechsler seconded the motion. The following roll call vote was taken:
