Present: B. Kelley, E. Peter Murphy, M. Branciforte
The meeting opened at 6:05 p.m.
- The minutes from Dec. 10, 2013 open session and executive session were read, accepted and signed. Sandy to sign at the next meeting.
- The next meeting date will be scheduled for January 21, 2014.
At 6:20 p.m. Budd motioned to enter executive session to discuss the Appellate Tax Board Cases. Peter seconded the motion.
Budd further stated that the open meeting would not be reopened. Peter seconded the motion. All were in favor.
