October 29, 2013 Open Session Meeting Minutes
Present: B. Kelley, S. Wechsler, P. Murphy and M. Branciforte
The meeting opened at 6:00 p.m.
The minutes from October 15, 2013 were read, accepted and signed.
- At 6:10 p.m. Budd motioned to enter executive session to discuss an Appellate Tax Board Case being heard Thursday October 31, 2013 for Docket# 305965.
- The open meeting will resume upon close of the executive session. Sandy seconded the motion. The following roll call vote was taken:
Budd – Yes Sandy- Yes
At 6:21 p.m. the open session resumed.
- Motion to draft denial letters on Chapterland applications.
- The board requested the Chapter 61A applicant be asked to meet with the board on Tuesday November 12, 2013 at 6:30 p.m.
Next meeting is scheduled for November 12, 2013 at 6:00 p.m.
At 6:45 p.m. Sandy motioned to adjourn the meeting. Budd seconded the motion. All were in favor.
