Classification 11/13/2012 – postponed to 11/27/2012
New Business:
Discussion with Town Administrator – Variety of items
The following items were discussed with Tracy Blais, Town Administrator:
- Un-collectables – Values need to be found on less than twenty properties.
- Reassessment of R39-2.
- 10 & 12 Maple Street.
- Elderly Exemptions – Are they complete for February?
- Senior Work Off – More detail is needed regarding an increase.
- New Growth
Noted: Carrie is out of the office for medical reasons. Ginny was asked to retrieve phone messages and reset the answering message.
Peter motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:03 p.m. Sandy seconded the motion. All were in favor.
