Meeting Minutes
October 2, 2012
The meeting was opened at 5:50 p.m.
Present: P. Murphy, C. Keville and G. Thompson
Chairman: B. Kelley
Normal Business:
- Monthly Abatements – The abatements for September were reviewed. Peter motioned to accept and sign the abatements. Budd seconded the motion. All were in favor.
- ATB - Carrie informed the board that she is still trying to coordinate a new court date for 3 35th Street’s Appellate Tax Board hearing. The board asked Carrie to call Michelle Tallent at the ATB and inquire what procedures could be used to facilitate getting a new date.
New Business:
Carrie informed the board that of the 56 Chapterland applicants eight did not submit timely applications. Budd motioned for Carrie to send reminder notices. Peter seconded the motion. All were in favor.
At 5:58 p.m. Peter motioned to adjourn the meeting and join the joint committee meeting. Budd seconded the motion. All were in favor and the meeting closed.
