Meeting Minutes
November 29, 2011
The meeting was opened at 6:12 p.m.
Present: P. Murphy, C. Keville and G. Thompson
Chairman: B. Kelley
Old Business:
Carrie’s appointment – An email from Tony Penski, Town Attorney was read. He stated that Carrie’s position does not require appointment. Budd asked Leslie Haley, Town Clerk to remove Carrie’s name from the appointment list.
Normal Business:
- Minutes – The minutes from the November 15, 2011 meeting were reviewed. They will remain on the agenda for signing at a future meeting.
- Monthly Abatements – The November abatements were reviewed and signed.
- ATB – Two cases remain for FY2011
- Overlay – The board was informed that 1,558.00 will be raised on the recap.
- Chapterland - Carrie informed the board that all but one application has been received.
- Office work - Ginny reported that no further office work has been done. Budd asked Carrie to come in on a Friday (TBA) and help identify disposable paperwork.
- FY2012 valuation – The Department of Revenue called today and informed the office that the LA4, LA13 and LA15 have been approved.
New Business:
Classification Public Hearing @ 7:15 p.m. with the Selectmen – Budd reviewed the information he was to present at the hearing.
The meeting adjourned by unanimous vote at 6:28 p.m.
