Meeting Minutes
December 13, 2011
The meeting was opened at 6:00 p.m.
Present: P. Murphy, S. Wechsler, C. Keville
Chairman: B. Kelley
Normal Business:
- Minutes – The minutes for the November 15th and 29th were read and signed by the appropriate board members.
- Monthly Manager’s Meeting – The meeting was canceled. The next meeting is expected on 1/18/2012.
- ATB – A letter was received by ………….. Sandy read the letter and informed the board that …………… was requesting to meet with the board and would like not to answer the interrogatories. Budd stated, “The ATB encourages assessors to try and settle cases before going to court”. Peter made a motion to invited …………. to the January 10, 2012 meeting at 6:15. Sandy seconded the motion. All were in favor. Carrie will send an email.
- Office work - Carrie’s request for vacation on December 27th, 28th, and 29th was granted by unanimous vote.
- FY 2012 valuation – The board was notified that the website and counter have been updated to the 2012 values.
New Business:
Frank Remley, Finance Committee Chairman would like to schedule a meeting of the finance committee on December 20, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. He asked if the assessors would be done their meeting by that time. After a brief discussion, the board asked Carrie to notify Mr. Remley that the meeting table will be open for 7:00 p.m. on the 20th.
At 6:20 p.m. Peter motioned to adjourn the meeting. Budd seconded the motion. All in favor.
