The Planning Board will hold an acceptance and public hearing on two land use applications:
- By Keith Babb for an Excavation Permit to operate a gravel pit on Kings Highway at Tax Map 19, Lot 8A; and
- By Thomas Tremblay for Site Plan approval to operate a lumber milling business and a Lightning Protection Service at 69 Meaderboro Road, Tax Map 1, Lot 22.
The Planning Board will also hold public hearings on amendments to the Site Plan and Subdivision Regulations:
- Amend the Subdivision Regulations to require submission of electronic files and require applicant to prepare U.S. Post Office certified mailings to abutters; and
- Amend the Site Plan Regulations to require submission of electronic files and require applicant to prepare U.S. Post Office certified mailings to abutters; and
In addition the Planning Board will hold public hearings on the proposed Capital Improvement Plan for 2010 to 2016.
