Video waiver.
Motion by Jarvis to waive the video policy. Seconded by Bickford. 3-0.
Discussion about building selves and materials for Selectman / Administrator Consultant’s office. David Bickford offered to supply the shelving.
Shelves.
Motion to purchase $200 in supplies for selves in Selectman / Administrator Consultant’s office by Jarvis. Seconded by Bickford. 3-0.
Administrator Consultant Alison Rendinaro authorization.
Motion by Bickford to authorize Alison Rendinaro to supervise positions: Town Clerk, Deputy Town Clerk / Tax Collector, Financial Assistant, Land Use Assistant, Building Inspector/Code Enforcement Officer / Health Officer, Town Assessor, at the direction of the Board of Selectman. Seconded by Jarvis. 3-0.
Selectmen agreed to have Alison Rendinaro work on “To Do List”.
Selectmen asked BI/CEO Capello to inquire about the status of Cameron’s junk yard.
BI/CEO Capello informed the BOS he had recently sent a letter to DES and owner of camp on Merrymeeting River, 156D that it was condemned.
Continued discussion about changes to Fire Department Rules and Regulations including proposed changes submitted by Fire Chief Peter Varney.
Selectmen agreed to have Police Chief Shawn Bernier’s request to have “Animal Control Officer” included in his job description for a wage and salary review by Barry Cox of LGC.
