MEETING MINUTES

Members Present: Chairman David Craig, Vice Chairman Harry Piper, Phil Consolini, Gregg Mattison, Ed DiPietro.
Application: E. Bailey and Thomson Hatch, (Take Thyme Out Gourmet Café) have a grandfathered special exception and they are asking to change the hours of operation. New hours would be Monday thru Sunday, 6AM to 11PM.
Chairman Craig opened the meeting @ 7:03PM, introduced the application and asked Tom to speak.
Tom Hatch said they want to start serving breakfast, then lunch and eventually dinner. They are really asking for the opportunity to see what the town wants.
Chairman Craig asked what the current hours of operation are.
Tom, Mon - Thurs 11AM to 7PM, Fri. 11AM to 9PM, Sat & Sun 8AM to 6PM
Harry Piper noted the seat limitation and asked if they would be exceeding it.
Tom, no.
Randy and Gail Parker, abutters and owners of the building, said they had discussed with Tom his proposal and wanted what was in the best interest for him to run the business. They were in favor or the application.
Ed DiPietro asked if Tom expected people to come in at 11PM for dinner.
Tom, answered no, but they wanted people to have enough time to come in at 9PM and be able to finish
Harry Piper asked if they had a beer and wine license.
Tom, yes.
Harry Piper moved to approve the application as presented. Greg Mattison seconded. Passed unanimously.
