Members present: Chairman David Craig, Ed Dipietro, Greg Mattison, Robert Todd and Laura Todd, Clerk, all members voting.
E. Bailey Hatch application to modify the hours of operation under a grandfathered “Special Exception” for property located at 8 Mill Street, map/lot 19/11. Take Thyme Out Gourmet Café, formally known as The Good Neighbor Café, new hours will be:
Monday CLOSED
Tuesday thru Thursday 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
Friday 11:00 am to 9:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
1st Sunday of the month 12 noon to 6:00 pm
(in support of NBFD breakfast)
Chairman Craig opened the hearing at 8PM and asked Tom Hatch to speak to the application.
Tom Hatch said they were asking to change the hours of operation because they would not be serving breakfast during the week, mostly lunch and dinner. The dinner would be (dinner to build) where patrons would come in and choose what they wanted for dinner from the deli case, take it home. Saturday and Sunday, they would serve a breakfast sandwich.
Chairman Craig said the hours sounded reasonable.
No abutters were present.
Ed DiPietro moved to change the hours of operation as shown on the application, Bob Todd seconded, passed unanimously.
