PUBLIC NOTICE
You are hereby notified of a hearing of the New Boston Zoning Board of Adjustment, to be held Tuesday, November 15, 2011 @ 7PM, at the Whipple Free Library, 67 Mont Vernon Road. This hearing concerns an application for a SPECIAL EXCEPTION, to the terms of Article II, Section 204.4 of the New Boston Zoning Ordinance. The applicant Peter Shellenberg, President of Ecosmith Recyclers, Inc., for property located on Byam Road, owned by Ivan Byam, Map 6, Lot 40-1-1, this is a commercial lot, requests permission to build a warehouse facility.
Immediately following a hearing of the New Boston Zoning Board of Adjustment will be held at the same location. This hearing concerns an application for a VARIANCE to the terms of Article II, Section 204.2 of the New Boston Zoning Ordinance. The applicant Stephen Young, owner of New Boston Hardware, for property located at 3 Central Square, Map 18, Lot 12 in the Commercial District, request permission to allow residential use of the second floor.
