You are hereby notified of a hearing of the New Boston Zoning Board of Adjustment, to be held Tuesday, March 15, 2011 @ 7PM, in the Town of New Boston Conference Room. This hearing concerns an “APPEAL OF PLANNING BOARD INTERPRETATION/APPLICATION OF ZONING ORDINANCE REGARDING NEVILLE SITE PLAN APPLICATION”, as allowed under RSA 676:5 111.  The applicants, as represented by Attorney Jed Callen, are abutters and near neighbors, to property owned by John and Denise Neville located at Whipplewill Road, Map/Lot 3/63-24.  The applicants appeal the decision of the Planning Board regarding the requirement of a Special Exception for the removal of earth products.
