You are hereby notified of a hearing of the New Boston Zoning Board of Adjustment, to be held Tuesday, January 18, 2011 @ 7PM, in the Town of New Boston Building Inspector Office. This hearing concerns an application for a SPECIAL EXCEPTION, to the terms of Article II, Section 204.4 of the New Boston Zoning Ordinance. The applicants Lori A. Taylor (Canine Commitment of New England), for property located at 733 Bedford Road, owned by Bill and Stormy Weston, Map 12, Lot 67, in the R/A district, requests permission to use the property as a kennel operation for rescued dogs.
